Information you provide directly. When you submit a Request for Quote (RFQ), fill in the studio configurator, register an account or contact us, we collect: your name, email address, company name, phone number, shipping address, artwork files, and any other details you choose to share.

Usage data. When you visit our website we automatically collect: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, time spent on pages, and similar technical information via server logs and analytics tools.

Cookies and tracking technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookies section below.

Business and procurement information. For enterprise customers we may collect GST/tax identification numbers, purchase order numbers, ERP integration credentials, and related procurement data necessary to fulfil orders.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfil label orders, RFQs and sample requests.
• Communicate with you about your order, account or enquiry.
• Operate and improve our website, design studio and software platform.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, dispatch notification, COA delivery).
• Send marketing communications where you have given consent or where we have a legitimate interest - you may opt out at any time.
• Meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including quality management under ISO 9001:2015 and cGMP requirements.
• Prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
• Conduct internal analytics and improve our products.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

Service providers. We engage third-party companies to perform services on our behalf - including cloud hosting, logistics, payment processing, email delivery and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to process data only as instructed and to protect it appropriately.

Business transfers. If Marks Group is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our site.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by applicable law, court order or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others.

With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Specifically:

• Customer order and quality records are retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with ISO 9001:2015 and cGMP record-keeping requirements.
• Marketing preferences and contact records are retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion.
• Website analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymised form indefinitely.

When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it securely.

We implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold. Our production facility operates under ISO 9001:2015 and is equipped with electronic access control and 24/7 CCTV. Our digital systems use encrypted connections (TLS), role-based access control, and regular security reviews.

• Access. Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction. Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
