End-to-end production intelligence — from prepress, job scheduling and ink formulation to QC, dispatch and payroll. Built exclusively for the flexographic printing industry.

Every module reads from the same job ticket. A plate change in prepress updates the schedule, the ink recipe, the QC checklist and the dispatch label — automatically.
Plate library, color separations, mounting proofs, and revision history tied to every SKU.
Drag-and-drop press calendar with substrate, anilox and ink changeover-aware sequencing.
Spectro-driven recipe engine. Reuse leftover ink, hit Delta-E targets on the first pull.
In-line defect logging, hold-tag workflow, customer-grade certificates of analysis.
Roll-level traceability, LR generation, e-way bills and gate-out in one screen.
Shift-based attendance, piece-rate, incentive logic for press crews and helpers.

Marks Intelligent Assistant — an AI built directly into the ERP. Ask it anything about your production data, or tell it what to do and it will do it.
MIA knows every module, every job card, every roll. It's not a chatbot bolted on the side — it's an operator that's always logged in.
New on the floor? MIA walks operators through any workflow step-by-step — no manual, no trainer needed.
Tell MIA to schedule a job, generate a COA, or pull a report — it takes the action inside the ERP and confirms what it did.
MIA reads the current module, active job, and user role before answering — so its replies are always relevant to where you are.
Aggregated across 18 converters running Flexograpphy in 4 countries. We measure what the press measures.

We cut changeover time by 38% in the first quarter. The schedulers stopped fighting WhatsApp and started running the floor from a single screen.

Hardware-agnostic by design. We connect to your presses via OPC-UA, MQTT, or direct PLC tags — and push to the ERP and compliance systems your finance team already trusts.
Don't see your stack? We ship a custom connector in 5 business days.
Customer artwork and pricing data are some of the most sensitive assets in your plant. We treat them that way.
Yes. We're hardware-agnostic and connect to Bobst, Comexi, W&H, Soma, Uteco, Nilpeter and most modern flexo presses via OPC-UA, MQTT, or direct PLC tags. For older presses without a controller, we ship a small edge gateway that reads encoder pulses and operator panel signals.
MIA (Marks Intelligent Assistant) is an AI built directly into the ERP — not a chatbot bolted on the side. It can answer questions about your live production data (jobs, rolls, ink stock, schedules), navigate to any screen on your behalf, schedule jobs, generate certificates of analysis, send documents, and guide new operators step-by-step through any workflow. MIA is context-aware — it knows which module you're in, your role, and what data you have access to.
MIA can both read and act. In Guide mode it walks users through workflows without touching data. In Action mode it can create, update, and dispatch — for example scheduling a job, generating a COA, or sending a dispatch email. Every action MIA takes is logged against your user account and is reversible from the audit trail.
Our spectro-linked formulator typically hits ΔE ≤ 1.5 on first pull for solid colors using a calibrated X-Rite eXact or Techkon SpectroDens. The engine accounts for substrate (BOPP, PET, paper, foil), anilox volume, and your specific ink series — and prioritises reusing leftover ink from previous jobs to cut waste.
Yes. Every meter that runs is classified — good, makeready, defect, or trial — and tagged to the active job, shift, press operator, and roll ID. OEE dashboards roll up by press, shift, customer, substrate, or operator with drill-down to the source roll.
Once QC approves a roll, dispatch scans the roll IDs into an LR. The system auto-generates the e-way bill via the GSTN API (or your country's equivalent), prints customer-spec labels, and updates customer ASN feeds. The gate-out screen is a single barcode scan.
A typical 2-press plant is live in 14 days: week 1 is data migration (customers, SKUs, plate library, BOMs) and connectivity; week 2 is shadow running alongside your existing system. Multi-plant rollouts are 6–10 weeks per plant after the first one.
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), hosted in your region (AWS Mumbai, Frankfurt or Virginia). We're SOC 2 Type II audited and offer single-tenant deployments on request. Your data is yours — full export to CSV/Parquet anytime.
